殺伐とした都会の夜。残酷晩餐会は開かれた。招かれた一人の少女、目の前に広がる滑稽な食事。究極の美食家たちは、ネズミの内臓を抉り出し、大ミミズを○断、ネズミの胎児を食する。初めての都会を経験する彼女にとって、あまりにも凄惨な光景。胃液が逆流する。しかし、それはほんの社交辞令にすぎなかった。次々に行われる苦痛行為に耐え切れず、強烈な拒否懇願をしめす彼女。噴出す汗、流れ出る唾液、全身硬直、震え…。ムチ連打、無数の針、肉を切り裂き、18ゲージ注射針が貫通する。
